Inko friend di may 2012 pd. Down graded to eb3. Interfile cheyyaledhu but still got interview letter. Attorney nunchi eb2 ki interfile cheyyali request letter thisukoni interview lo officer ki ichadu.  Interview happened this Monday and he got approval yesterday..

ante EAD ochindi EB3 category lo kada .. if for suppose in near future EAD use cheskovali anukunnav anuko . i140 kuda approve ayi unte .. peace of mind untundi .. becos if u change current employer who filed your eb3 downgrade .. i140 approval apudu if there is any RFE . that employer will not respond ..

Ipudu situation enti ante, August 2013  PD , I am on H1, EAD in EB3 and EAD renewal monna ne apply chesa. Ipudu emao dates move avtayi next month ante interfile cheyali.

also, monna ne 180 days situation telsindhi , that you need to stay with the employer for 180 after interfile ani.

ee sitiation lo company change avadam entha varaku risk? oka vela change avthe em -em cheyali.

better to wait kadha uncle... or atleast wait for this bulletin and take decision.... unless ee job lo mari antha prob unte thappa wait for GC kadha..
