If an EAD is used after interfile by primary, does they not address 485j or reject it?

no issues bro even if you use ead for interfiling with 485j if u are in same company

No in this case moving out of the H1 company and accepting a FT position

FT company is going to file a 485j

role Is going to be same

will be using EAD, ( got a confirmation from lawyer that my interfile is accepted and my file is being processed in eb2, eb3 140 stil pending) wow, what a mess

Yea that’s the reason taking up 2 jobs is the solution here

work with employer on other contract role to keep support on

as per recent usicis note they are asking for 485j with interfille note

but as you interfiled before not sure 485j is required or missing
