Already applied bro.. but uscis didn’t accept..  my pd is feb 2013.. it is current now.. 

Ead and AP approve chesaadu monna friday.. yet to get cards though.. but I140 approve cheyyaledu.. 🤦‍♂️
 

not sure what to do.. new employer h1 transfer apply chesaadu… but he said it is better to stay with my old employer until the 140 is approved.. I don’t want to move to the new employer with a pending 140..

• If you are requesting to transfer your underlying basis to a Form I-140 that remains pending, you do not need to submit I-485 Supplement J.

But I don’t want to file 485j with my current employer… I want this to be filed by my new employer.. the new employer’s attorney is saying that they won’t file it if there is a pending i140… that will cause an issue..

No.. if the eb3 140 is approved, I can file a 485j (interfile with new process)  with my new employer requesting uscis to use my eb2 140 and give gc..

My understanding is if Eb3 and eb2 are from old employer and new employer cannot request for interfile.

Inkaa maraledu.. I am actually converting from consulting to FT with the client.. they have been asking from 1.5 years… I am way past the contractor term limit in the company .. they got approval from SVP to extend my contract as they gave me an offer..
