Did you file interfile on Jan 24th with the new process? ie. with I-485-J .
If yes after how many days you got the I-485J receipt.

Yes I interfiled with the I485-j with the new process but my attorney somehow sent the packet to Texas service center instead of California. got the receipt in 1 week and got approved in another 2 weeks after

Yaa chusa bro some guys interfiled earlier  my guess more than interfile some guys  are getting auto approval some officers are seeing eb2 140 and they are appro in in eb2 category therr were around 5 or 10 cases it's aluck

Yes we and emplpoyer have to sign they said two weeks SLA , very simple form paid the money

surprised to see medical rfe from Queens, NY field office as my field office is Denver.  Denver processing times are lot better then Queens and not sure why they sent it there.

 

also case status is not updated(finger prints received)

If it is transferred to other then your FO, it seems no interview. Now processing times are irrelevant you will get green soon.

What is your received date?
