180 days.

u can work beyond ur expiry date if u have filed renewal timely and have valid H4 stamping.

Valid H4 I94 not stamping.. You have to extend ur I94 land border based on your spouse I797

@csrcsr bro do we need to stay with same employer even after we get greencard for certain amount of time? what if we get a Full time job, I was talking to my employer and he said we applied greencard for your future employment and you need to work through us for your existing job annadu, something is not right here, wat say?

6 months, as recommended by murthy law firm.

This is even more ugly than H-1B, atleast we can freely move to new employers when we are in H-1B. So everyone who got GCs are staying with same employer till Citizenship 🤷‍♂️

there is no such rule. You can switch employer next day.
