Bros this is my situation,

2014 may priority date, eb2 to eb3 downgrade

Recently got EAD, but still i140 is pending, 15months now...

Can i go other companies now? 

what are challenges need to face if i shift to other company

I140 query padithe existing employer will not respond that query 

Andhu k better to get i140 approved before using EAD
