my PD is 06/2014 , EB3 straight though my date is not current. I had my 485 interview done last year. 
 

what are the best options I have ..

 

can I move to EB2 , if it becomes current? Then need to start from labor? But I can use PD?

If I use GC EAD of EB3 , am I still eligible to , EB2 since I don’t have .?

do I need to really stick to employer if I want to start from EB2?

any other better options?

they can apply SO to EB3 from eb2 at last QTR or prior. issue medical rfe if any for pending eb3 folks. that could be real help. this yr there is no scope for delay, wastage lawsuit, carefully planned by USCIS. but its better than last yr we can see lot more approvals this yr..

If u have eb2 140 you can move else no not sure new perm 140 how long it takes

Did you get ead? EB3 aithe GC chances ee year levu … even for people who are eligible for eb2 and interfiled, very few will get it this year… unless uscis get some additional funding and hire more people..

I got EAD but did not use it yet
