That's what I am not sure.. you are allowed to apply for I485 once your Filing Dates (not FAD) are current, right? So, why cannot you request for interfile/file I485J until FAD are current? Is there a guidance on this?

In my case, I made both my requests when Filing Dates are current, not FAD.

Chala thanks bro. I never worried about it before. But I need travel flexibility now and that is the only reason I am hoping for GC soon. 

My date was current for several months in 2021. Everything was complete for me… I140, EAD/AP, Biometrics, Medical RFE but freaking SRC didn’t just approve the 485. My date is current again since Feb 22.

- can we do re-file, is my eb2 still active.

- if we refile, will it go to NBC

- if no refile, then interfile aite, medicals pampiddama..? vaddu antadu but still trying.

- USCIS odu 485 with medicals pampamannadu sep13-14 vallaki, maadi aug 13 kada...kya karna...

- FAD lo ma number eppudu ostadi.

You can refile if refile u hgave to send medicals bro 

it goes to NBC valid question adugu (not sure they will gurantee)

FAD lo no one call tell until ur pd becomes final 

but if ur company supports mutiiplpe 485 filings may be it will help

travelled to India Jan 2021

ead & ap approved Feb-2022 for my wife petition 

Am I allowed to use approved AP for travel ? Becos for same dates, my AP was denied, only Ead was approved
