I already did the interfile on feb 23rd and no response till now. Does any one have the letter format to send to congress man for asking USCIS(interfiling) to consider in EB-2 instead of EB-3 ?  not sure if the congress representative understands this I-140 jargon ?

You don't need to write a letter bro. Go to your rep's webpage and there will be section called "Help with a Federal Agency". Fill in all your details and attach Receipt Notices. 

I put below in description along with all my info to be considered in EB2

 "I have Approved I-140 in both EB2(LINXXXXXXXX) and EB3(LINXXXXXXXXX) categories. I would like to be considered under the EB2 category as my priority date is current in EB2. We have sent a letter requesting Transfer of Underlying basis to EB2 along with I-485 Supplement J to the address recommended  by USCIS(U. S. Department of Homeland Security, USCIS Western Forms Center, 10 Application Way  Montclair, CA 91763-1350). Request package was delivered to the stated address on 02/02/2022"

Mine was approved bro. We got our cards couple of weeks ago. Just trying to help.

Ok. Naa case lo work ayindi bro. It may not work in all cases but there is nothing wrong in trying. 

Congressional Aide was in touch with me constantly and provided updates after we made the request and she was very helpful.

neeku luck vundi and congresswomen was helpful and not everyone will do. nee application FO lo vunda neeku approval vachinapudu. nuvvu chepindhi Jan or feb work avachu lucky aite.  Feb and March lo mass transfers routine requests  of SR, WKD, congress from everyone it won't work. What is your PD.
