Is the following matter/format sufficient? do need to attach any documents? like copy of "I-485 Supplement J" that was sent to California?

Last year I have tried my Congressman and two Senators. Senators konchem kastam dorakadam and don’t even think they did anything but I have tried and sent all the documents at that time. Check for your Senator and give it a try bro. 
 

if nothing happens this quarter, then we are done bro. I really don’t expect miracles to happen in last Quarter. They will do the PR moves tweeting about interfile etc. They did rhe some freaking garbage last year asking RFE people to respond ASAP and then morons didn’t even approve us.
