Senators and House representatives have the exact same congressional hotline to Federal agencies. So, any person inquiring is the same. None of the elected Congressmen will touch your case. Think about it. Do you think your MLA or MP will take personal interest? They have office workers who will assist the constituents through the hotline.

Correct. It was easy to reach the office of Congressman but found it difficult to reach the Senator’s office despite them having multiple offices.

My suggestion is to try Senator since Congressman has refused to open inquiry for @csrcsr

Hi,

I filed for 485 and 140 concurrent in Feb last week. 140 got approved in March 1st week. I don't have EAD yet.

My question is, if I need to change company, I will for sure need to do H1b Transfer. How can I resume my 485 with new employer? 

And Is it possible to change employer with pending 485 less than 6 months?

Senator is different from congressman bro. You can find the congressman based on your Zipcode. There are two Senators from each state. Sorry if I am quoting any wrong info. 
 

Typically 100 members who belong to Senate are called Senators. 435 members who belong to the House of Representatives are called Congressmen. Both houses comprise Congress.

They advise not to since they can deny 485 because of that reason.

I140 EB3 downgrade pending (No Premium Option), want to apply in EB2. I want to request employer to withdraw I-140, how long it take for the I140 withdrawal acknowledgement and apply in EB2 as I don't want to end up in Texas.

You can travel seen cases where gc was approved when people are on vacation who knows it can trigger your approval..
