idendi bro are you serious ?

Naku India lo visit undi and no AP/EAD planning to attend stamping.

HR ni adigithe AP deny avutadi .... go a head annaru

Consulted with one lawyer also ... negative impact emi undi annaru ...

I am current in Filing date not in Final action date.

FAD current kakunte 485 ki Em problem avvadhu bro. You are correct about AP.

Worst case AP will be denied, many got both EAD & AP when they are out of the country. You will be fine.

If your FAD is not current , you can travel bro, you are right.
Worst case they will deny your AP. You can apply for it later. Many got AP/EAD while they were in India.

Hi,

I filed for 485 and 140 concurrent in Feb last week. 140 got approved in March 1st week. I don't have EAD yet.

My question is, if I need to change company, I will for sure need to do H1b Transfer. How can I resume my 485 with new employer?

And Is it possible to change employer with pending 485 less than 6 months?

Thanks in advance.

Can someone please help me with this ?

Concurrent filing cheyakandi if possible please. Apply I40 (try even premium) and then file 485 after I40 is approved. Try everything you can to avoid ending up in Texas / Nebraska.

It’s okay bro. Stupid attorneys don’t understand it. They just want to make money quickly. Good luck.

@csrcsr @Spartan

Employer A filed under EB2 - Priority date Sept 2013

Moved to Employer B - filed under EB3 got GC EAD straight

Moved to Employer C - filed 485J

now If I move back to employer A as date is current, should I file 485 again or just 485J is good ?
