If your case is already transferred to NBC, then there is no need to send to the previous one (LIN). Nenu just CA ki pampincha Feb lo and regretted not sending to TSC as well. CA ki pampinchina 485J receipt raledhu and no visibility if the case has actually been moved back to EB2.

@Spartan

appointment teskunte desi doctor prefer cheyi,  or who ever is available first

Tests:

First two preventive lo cover ayitayi under yearly checkup, 3rd one will depends upon your insurance whether  they gonna charge you or not.

1) Syphills (Test Name : RPR (rapid plasma reagin)

2) gonorrhea (Test Name:CHLAMYDIA + GC AMPLIFIED PROBE UROGENITAL) CHLAMYDIA  not necessary but rondu kalpi chestaru test

 3) Tuberculosis (Test Name: Quantiferon TB Gold Plus) positive osthe edho chest xray tesukovali , I dint get positive so dont know the procedure, some DB folks got positive

Vaccinations:(Take it under preventive care)

1) Dtap/Tdap/Td Vaccines (All one istaru)

2) Influenza (flushot)  (not required because it not flu season kani tesesko,)

3) covid vaccine

3) MMR( You should have it yellow card master otchetapudu teskuntamu adhi, if you dont have it tesuko)

4) varicella (Chicken pox vaccine) They ask you whether you had chicken pox when kid, if yes, then take blood test for antibodies I guess. Naku raledhu so tesukona

Ee varicella, kontha mandi doctors 2 doeses antaru and some say one should be fine, adhi okasari kanuko, uscis doctor ni when making appointment.

If you are planning for pregnancy, you can skip MMR and Varicella vaccine since they are live vaccines, for both your self and your wife, you  can ask doctor to provide a letter that "The above patient is attempting to conceive with his spouse. It is recommended that he avoid live vaccine " and list the vaccine name . Ma friend chesindu etla.

Anthe eve teskunna nenu

Naku telsi emi complications undav anukunta from uscis, because that was the status of the individual when submitting the medicals to uscis.

in terms of health perspective

From cdc:

Vaccine Recommendations

Women who are planning to become pregnant should check with their doctor to make sure they are vaccinated before they get pregnant.

Because MMR vaccine is an attenuated (weakened) live virus vaccine, pregnant women who are not vaccinated should wait to get MMR vaccine until after they have given birth.

Adult women of childbearing age should avoid getting pregnant for at least four weeks after receiving MMR vaccine.

Pregnant women should NOT get MMR vaccine.

Varicella: Contraindication. Varivax should not be administered to pregnant females since wild-type varicella can sometimes cause congenital varicella infection. Pregnancy should be avoided for three months following vaccination with Varivax.
