I485 primary employer money sponsor chestharu anta and they forced him to file through company attorney. Documents submission apudu they came to know that he has another H1b and has additional W2s.
 

Conflict of interest tho he is fired from today. He has to find another employer to file new H1B.  There are lot of people who are on same boat but don’t understand the consequences of multiple jobs. Does he have any other option to sue to law firm for revealing his documents to primary employer ?

Which receipt did you get bro? 485J or 485 Transfer? 
 

I have sent my interfile request (485J) to CA addresss but the receipt came from NBC (MSCxxxx). My case is transferred from SRC to NBC and that receipt came from SRC.
