nadhi eb3 ki downgrade and eb2 ki interfile chesina monna friday roju to california.

Ma field office march 2021 process chestundhi, nadhi feb 2021  receipt date..

Confirmed bro better to be conservative I already passes 2 months 15 days don't want to take any chance inko 2 minths aging job vetukuna transfer etc takes 2 more months

I have applied EB3- EB2 downgrade in Oct.2020 I-140 as amendment and I-140, EAD/AP Approved and currently using the EAD/AP also EB3 date is retrogressed and EB2 date is current but my attorney saying i have to refile I-140 NEW and interfile as i can't use the Old EB2 I-140.

I'm i elgible to interfile  ?
