My case was file in Dec 2020 with 2011 PD. It’s stuck in Nebraska. Please please process Nebraska pending cases

I followed everything listed and did interfile as suggested and not refile. It’s been over 18 months and no movement. Are u doing FIFO or priority based ? I see only random cases being processed with out any order.

They are simply misguding the public. More than hundred thousand people are stuck in Texas and Nebraska centers with approved documents for a long time. Just process their I485 or transfer them to NBC. The problem is on USCIS side. No need to urge people to apply.

LIN2190221137 filed with I-693 500 days ago. A visa has been always available to me. The case hasn’t been assigned to any adjudicator and simply sitting in Nebraska for 2 years and nothing happened. There are tens of thousands of cases like this.

USCIS Myth- Applications are processed in the order they are received.

Actual Fact- Downgrade applications are not processed rest are as they are received
