@csrcsr got RFE for I485. Medicals interfiled in march 2022  and confirmed by tier1 agent few weeks ago  but still got RFE . Hopefully it is medical rfe..

Need advise please:

naa EB2 PD 11/2014 is current in July bulletin. My EB3 downgrade 485 application starts with LIN2190066*

For me, total cost including attorney and uscis fees will be $1400 (interfiling) vs $6650 (new filing).

Given current situations with processing speed at Nebraska and visa numbers availability, is it recommended to interfile or re-file 485 with EB2 ?

Just that LIN is not transferring much bro there was phase in SRC they transferred 1500 a day for 3 weeks so majority transferred and started getting approvals

Lin luck unte avutunayinlekapothe ledu no order random 

We only have 3 months so miru new filing chesina reciept bio might be reused and msc might approve

The only way yiur case can be approved is msc or local fos 

Lin and src cannot move to fo directly it has to be through msc now
