Bro mine is san jose field office based on my address I think it says 17.5 months so I can still raise? My case did not transferred to any FO yet its at NBC??

Try raising with San Jose field office ,it doesn’t matter to which FO your application goes , you need to raise with your local FO , however they have extended processing time lines in may as most of the folks eligible to raise SR . 
try calling tier1 check if your application is being processed under EB2 .

My case is showing as ”Case is Ready to Be Scheduled for An Interview” since May 19 2022. Anyone in the same situation as me? Not sure how long it would take to schedule for an actually interview or Get the GC directly. I see most of the people are getting GC without any interview.

Case details:

Interfield from EB3 to EB2 in April and received I485J receipt as well.

Emma says, application is still at NBC center.
