What i think is happening is CIS is wasting visas and they may hardly move to 2012 by the end of FT2022

2013/2014 will be on EAD for long long time, i am saying this from experience

immigration bill will be kept boiling until midterm to win elections again, 2023

the chance of good news for 2015 and beyond are more from a immigration bill standpoint which has a 10 yr clause which will automatically issue GC after 10 yrs in line

I am no longer a misplaced optimist after watching how CIS is handling October filings

what i feel they will push the FAD as much as they can and given the next year SO i feel they will open because EB2 will definitely reach FAD and for the sake of EB2 atleast they should be opening up the Filing dates in Oct..

Anyone with MSC219075*** series whats the trend for ead/ap approvals...in my case spouse gave biometrics on 04/23 and my biometrics scheduled for 05/23....seems NBC is bit slow just wondering about trend at NBC..
