Try this trick

 

Follow these steps exactly:
1. Type infopass in the Emma chat window.
2. Then click on make appointment.
3. It will ask for description and type something and it will show some pages.
4. Type infopass again and click on to make appointment.
5. It will ask your zip and will show the link to connect to a live agent.
