Best thing I believe is if they move eb2 dates to reach eb3 then it will be good so that people in eb3 don't have to interfile and it will be less processing overhead for uscis

That won't happen, tbh. Check the number of approved petitions in EB2 from 2011 and 2012 and add the dependents to it and tell if the visa numbers will suffice to make them current.

guarantee kaadu common sense, 2013 and 2014 has no choice but to apply downgrading, they are not going to see GC anyway, EAD is their GC

EB3 does not get the SO from EB1

I did not file downgrade, i will be current in a month or 2
