01/20/2021: 485 Receipt

04/15/2021: Biometric

09/15/2021: EB3 Premium processing requested

09/30/2021: 140 EB3 Approved under Premium

01/29/2022: EAD Card received

06/02/2022: Interfiled/ 485J to CA   

07/13/2022: Transfer to NBC

07/14/2022: Transfer to HiaLeah FO

07/25/2022: New Card is produced

BTW, I still see i94 history...

yup.My medicals was missing covid,hepb and was on old form.I was about to reachout to doctor to get new medicals just in case for any potential RFE
