With this trend it is confirmed eb2 will sky rocket in filing dates this October may be 2013 end vachina no surprise anukunta @snoww you can be ready  and who all were not able to downgrade last year

Where do you see that trend bro ? I hope they should consider eb2 spill over and next year and make sure they equalize otherwise it is going to be a MESS for sure

Looks it is going to happen next month eb2 will catch up filing date and final date they need more inventory with bothway spillover eb2 will have more numbers kada bro they will catch up

pakka bro there might be a doubt with number of downgrades eb3 will continue the same pace in next 3 months final dates avuthe lucky, eb2 aithe pakka clear aipoyavi and most of them are in MSC as all of them hadd 140 unless successor in interest, amendment etc they are issuing greencards vey fast, those who were not able to file last ttime downgarde like 2012,2013 etc with compaany not allowing them if they caan stay till october and wait 6 months they are in very good shape

too many unknowns man,.  i140 approve avvakapothe they will not know the actual backlog for eb2 or eb3 down grades. so basically eb3 will keep moving till there are too many applications but then there are enough GC slots too because of spillover.

Interfile upgrade of 140 is not recommended antaru bro, interfile medical file cheyadanike chala mandhi uchhaposukuntunam,  inka imagine 140, you might know yiur eb3 attached to 485 has to be approved any case , looks the date might hit final why to upgrade and enter into unknown zone ani

I would think the same on interfile unless user is waiting for more time it might trigger red flag if there is mass interfiling..
