Thanks bro. Not sure of my application will be considered in that category can you throw some light what application should look like. Have less citations and there is 1 patent pending.

 

employer is not willing to file in eb1 category so looking for some self options.

Got NABC from meeseva but tick mark is there instead of sign, is this acceptable? Meeseva application status shows approved online.

It should be fine anna as long as govt seal or something is there or a stamp

yeah follow up with them regularly.. is there is escalation process incase of delay ?
