why would they hold Eb1 and Eb2 ROW dates ? That would be violating the rules they have. Why would the do that ? EB1 and EB2 ROW sue chestharu ga.

"reasonable estimates" is their way out. If everything has to be followed 100% by the book of rules, Dec 2014 PD wouldn't be getting before Jan 2011. Did that happen?

They may do it in the interest of reducing pending inventory. Thats wat the new administration promised and continuing to work for that. Thet may not care for those who didn't file 485, but the ones that did file show up in their inventory and skews their target numbers.

this was still by books, they advanced aggressively to minimize wastage. Many reasons bro, downgrade was a mess created by previous administration and current administration focused on not wasting GCs.

My case is in crp since sep 2022 and why my dependent case is transferred from field office to Texas service center last week ..my pd is 2013
