lot of disco happened on this. my lawyer says that if there is no change in employer then 485 is not needed. someone else also commented that UISCIS returned their 485 saying that it is not applicable. if someone did it successfully let me know.

Monday charlie vuncle call lo koncham clarity vasthadi. 

DOS moving dates aggressively even though uscis is not able to catch up with processing seems very strange. Hopefully they won't retrogress final actions dates in September bulletin.

Finished my biometrics on friday..saw updated status on uscis website  to fingerprints applied to case.."

 

My spouse ead card had been mailed mostly should be getting on monday..she finished fingerprints on 04/23

experts , once FAD reaches a certain date by Sept 22 is there any chance of FAD going back. My doubt is can FAD. retrogress in future once the spill over is completed ?

Yes I am not expert, but history tells FAD retrogress es even after filing dates concept. Check 2018 it went back..
