2011 March..applied 2020 October and got card in 2021 sep. U have chance to get current next 5 yr bro and may be little early if u downgrade to eb3 .. u might have ead/ap already ..just move on with life without much thinking of gc ..

ma employer regular lo cheddam if its getting late we can do premium ani file chesi dobbadu.. what my thinking is if we upgrade to premium at any time they will approve all 3 of them at once. This is what my employer told me. Throw some light vayya

 

1. Question - lets say if we file in regular for H1, H4 & H4 EAD. After some time if we upgrade to premium does it affect to all 3 of them ? Any thoughts
 

2. Can we work on H4-EAD on the receipt while its in processing ?

don’t know about first qochen 

H4-ead cannot work on receipt physical card should be there.

1. Recent USCIS settlement prakaram anni same time ki chestham annadu but not sure if it's being done in reality.

Create new thread and ask if anyone has done this recently. Not everyone comes to this thread.
