Wow that's very bad anna to hear MTR might help you have to pursueno option , they did not send you NOIR or NOID etc direct denial?

Also what will be your status now ?? Mtr gives legal status or u have to go back on h1 adi kanukuko anna

NOIR is applicable only for cases with previous approvals anna. Directly denied antaru, MTR is the only way out. I dont know of anyone in this situation before.

I did file I-290B when USCIS denied my I-131. USCIS responded pretty fast to process I-290B and reopened I-131 and approved it in a week (everything was done in a month max). There are a few cases in Reddit USCIS whose I-485 was denied for the exact reason as yours and a little later got approved or processed with I-290B.

PS: USCIS denied my I-131 saying they don't have records of my entry to the US or paroled into the US (I-94 is missing according to them).
