i feel it is difficult to get new law in my view.. anything related to immigration is difficult...and we have only 3 months...

this happened last year too and was also included in a omnibus spending bill. that version did not go through. hard for any immigration bill to pass house and senate. might need to jammed into similar bigger bill. not sure if anything is in the horizon.

Yeah. Only possibility is If they include this bill as part of some bigger budget bill. Zero chances any stand alone immigration bill will be passed on its own.

yeah in fact for attorneys if filing dates open up then they can $ as part of filing fee not sure why they want to stop ...anyways every year h1b's are coming and renewing

10th application reached uscis anna .. 12th na receipt gemerated and 19th approved anna

Not rejection bro lin or src is denying premium part of it first time (as we don't have original perm) naadi alage ayindi had to apply after 30 days 7 days lo vachindi
