EAD card lo kinda SERVES AS I-512 ADVANCE PAROLE  anunte no need of paper AP approval. If it says, NOT VALID FOR REENTRY TO US, then paper AP for 1 year will come and AP status should say "Adavance Paraole Document Produced".

uscis tho no logics... only they say we have to follow

teliyadu bro never tried, pending 485, is status ( adjustment of status is valid Legal status) not sure how dmv in each state will consider

renewal aite, you can submit the expired EAD and renewal receipt

Sorry just to be clear, GC EAD renewal . Inka approval avvaledu wife ki. DL expired . We can renewal receipt and Exipred EAD? U or any of ur friends tried . Thank you

EAD is not status and will not consider at DMV all you need to show is 485 receipt with this 1 year istharu

Bro, my 485 receipt is back in 2021 ? Every time when I place for EAD renewal until EAD is approved, I can use 485 receipt to get 1 year extension? Regardless of when 485 receipt received?

Depends on the state...For e.g., Texas does not even list 485 receipt in list of immigration documents. I-766/EAD can be used annadu. Check your state's DPS/DMV website.

yes this is process in virginia atleast, again varies from state to state but whatever ead is employment doc and status is AOS with 485 receipt
