Any other recent GC EAD / AP applicants getting 5 year approvals ?

Annalu reddy confirmed they are receiving 5 years both from now on it can be ead ap stand alone or combo either ways 5 years at least some relief I think if file is reviewed better move to ead

AP - processing lo vunnappudu.. India ki vellina.. it was denied. 
After returning to US.. malli AP apply chesaa (Feb 2023 lo). Again India ki vellina 2023 July lo ..  No update on this yet.. 
AP application ni... vaadu malli deny chesthaadu..

Should I wait till I receive the denied notice or can I apply right away ?

My spouse GC EAD approved for 5 years. It was applied on July 2023 . Its not combo . AP will be separate. Not sure when it will get approved and will be 5 years?
