We blame undocumented people  & there  are people who blame legal  immigrants . Mana justification iwait times , their justification immigrants taking local jobs :  f1 students part time employment , h4 meedha walmart , acis rentals , Starbucks etc etc.  Complex situation

Ok...just like I-766 means EAD, I-512 means AP. simple google shud tell u that. Your current combo card shud have notation, "SERVES AS I-512 ADVANCE PAROLE". if EAD doesnt have that notation, I-512 shall be approved separately and you will receive a paper I-512.

@csrcsr bro I have GC EAD pd is may 2014 EB3. I asked my employer for upgrade , he started from beginning and  last week applied labor for EB2 . I think labor approval may take 1 year or so and then 140. overall it may take 2 years to get 140 in EB2 . Question is if I leave the company before my labor approval everything is gone?

Your eb3 is still safe bro, but the process for eb2 is gone I think anyways both r going hand in hand and eb3 is little ahead
