Seen a case in telegram. Eb2 perm and 140 were approved previously by mistake anta. No one noticed some field in application was filled wrong.  Now when he filed for downgrade, they realized that previous mistake and denied downgrade too. And he is worried eb2 140 might be void too now. Crazy case. Okka typo/mistake lo life affected.

But in this case his 140 already approved both eb2 earlier and eb3 now so no body will TouchPad,

2) ead ap file after you get 485 reciept if yiu are not in rush as it is going to digital center IOE it's way faster than regular centers

3) try to get your 140s approved instead of filing concurrent then the app goes to NBC(MSC) instead of LIn and SRC the application is getting processed LIn and src are shiiit

4) if you are working with your small companies attorney get your application as early as possible be ready with bcertificatss for all family , dates of entry exits send the application within 1stbweek

There will be lot of difference between the application sent on October 15 vs 31st( which I am facing no ead ap till now)

In company A you have valid h1 till some 22 so you are dceiding to stay here or go back coorrect ???
