Yaa ead you can file any time bro after yiu get the 485 recipets my friends got earlier by filing IOE center

Yiu can get the approval earlier if your pd is near get your 140 downgrade early

No way bro yiur perm will get approved by December just don't keep any hope on it minimum 6 months bro

If company b is that good and If yiu have confidence in relation ship with A bro you have two options

1)  nuvu Sept 15th roju kuda velochu back as long as employer A doesn't sentbh1 revike request

2) if join kalakpithe if your date is current ge can always file 485j with future employment and you can join slowly
