A Oppenheim: We hope that if USCIS can't process last fall's EB cases, there should be a lot of numbers early FY22 to process many of those but lots of factors, total number use next year may be affected as well.

No Jan 1st 2013 Charlie cheppadu anta AILA conference lo. Also told USCIS might not be able to get to all applications filed from October to December this year. They may use next year spillover to clear 2020 October to December filings.

Yes Bhaya 2012 vallu akkuva mandi downgrade cheyaledu and 2012& 2013 eb3 I 140 approved inventory chala takkuva unnadi  2013 just below 5k 

most down grade are in 2013 &2014

Financial loss and my spouse want to start work and she wants to support her parents who are in india has she is the only daughter and no kids to her parents 

Ani cheppa wentane incident ticket created and May be if required docs will ask you annaru 

don’t know but my wife eagerly waiting to start work and we even did not applied h4ead 

I asked should I apply for h4 ead then she gave me above option
