NBC currently em dates processing bro ? Spoke with a friend today who did direct eb3 filing in November second week. Only Biometrics done so far. No EAD or medical RFE yet. Final action date also current since few months. 2010 PD.

Hopefully they will start sharing workload between centers soon At least from next fiscal year. 

2012 lo file sesina friends vunnaru few people. Still no updates for them. it's complete mess now.

does it cost more for attorneys and time ? 
why don’t they agree?
