No way don't waste bro 2 months move avadu ante unbelievable its not at all risk no mistake bro it's just wasting week of valuable time you should get you 140 approval in 15  days 485 should be out on July 1st , see things beyond our control we cannot do much

I understand, but vadiki ivaale pp cheyamani cheppina, so drafting stage lo unnadu, don’t think he is ready to send my 140 yet. So ee week lo mostly vb oste, hoping they ll send out my 140 sooner than later, fingers crossed.

For you to become documentarily qualified only bio is pending bro every month they will send documentarily qualified numbers a month lo nee bio aipothe if yiu are lucky since all earlier applicants at least degariki vachayi if your ASC is free you might get bio appointment sooner once that is done yiu are all set

My center is Lin and it is more than 7.5 months and waiting for EAD/AP. This is for my wife

I have raised service request (out of processing) and after 30 days they said you are in line and wait for 60 days

I have opened Expedited request after 30 days and it got rejected

Last week, I have opened another ER, and it was not assigned to an officer.  naaku emi options vunnaayi.. wait patiently...evarayyina ilaanti situation face chesaaraa.

They are issuing single digit EAD s everyday.. They want to implement premium processing to grab more money.

bro applicants from oct received date are waiting for biometrics. Neeku biometric vachindhi ante you are lucky wait and wait you will get it. what is your pd

@csrcsr bro.I received RFE for my EB3 I140 premium.USCIS is saying my ETA 9089 is missing few pages but my attorney submitted all pages in initial filing.Anyways We are submitting ETA all pages again.All my earlier I140(EB2 and previous companies) filings were with LIN only

Nothing to worry. USCIS is misplacing several documents like these and asking us to send same document again and again. One of my colleague, they misplaced his photos, another guy they used wrong Priority date on I-140.
