Hi friends - Good news to share with you all this morning. 
Our 485 case status changed to “New card is being produced" on 22 June 2021. Received notification from USCIS at 6:30 am 6/23/2021 - action has been taken on your case. 

Here are my details 
PD: 12/18 
RD: 10/22/2020
ND: 11/23/2020
Series: MSC219035
Biometrics: 3/18/2021
FO: Oakland Park, FL (Emma said it is with FO when checked around June 15th) 
EAD/AP, Interview, RFE: No
Medicals submitted: via interfiling Apr 1st week 
I-485J Received: May 1st week 
I-485 : New Card is being produced June 22, 2021 (for both dependents and myself) 
I-485J Approval: Pending and no change as of now for 131 and 765. 

It’s just a matter of time for everyone in this group to get greened. Stay patient and positive! Good luck to all 🍀

ani anni fake timings bro..same with EAD and AP case processing times. LiN is showing Nov23 processing time, but October people are still waiting.

This sounds like EB1 based on PD.

Actually i-140 ki attorney only can enquire or may be employer …manam request raise chesthe vallu standard reply istharu that only petitioner can raise request ani

 

also these estimates are calculated based on the data available 2 months back and it may not be accurate with current processing timeline given the number of cases increased exponentially in mid october 2020

Cheyochu bro I raised they are giving standard reply after 30 days but no harm in trying for 485 765 and 131

 

but 140 even they passed that has to be raised by your lawwyer and these processing times wont count  as we dont have certified perm etc etc

just go for premium if its 140

Texas SRC center I140 downgrade eb3 approved today after filing in premium.

What are next steps ??

EAD/ Ap status says biometrics are done from two months but no progress 

India travel cheyale it’s been 4 years .. mising parents 

Do you guys expect to get ead/ap by another two months
