6months after getting I485 receipts and after I140 approval under AC21 , applicant can change job or change location with same employer.But new employer need to file I485j saying that the employer has similar job for you as in GC application

yes kani 140 approve avvakamundu employer chnage avvaku amaina RFE vasthe answer cheyakapothe chesindantha waste avthundi also sometimes need to submit recent paystubs...

even I received a 485 Supp J fee waived receipt notice in march itself and PD is dec 2013....PD doesn't matter at all MSC is processing applications really fast submitted medicals with initial application and made by file documentary ready now.. once the date is current hopefully my case will be approved without any interview...

Your assumption are correct bro once appfoved you can changr by filing 485j as this is concurrently filed you are protected by ac21  if you complete 6 months from filijg 485 ni need to wait 6 months after 140 approval, but change only after 140 is approved

100% no need from first, As long as you maintain similar roled in new comoany like software engineerr etc get your 140 approved now rather than waiting for offer sometimes they are denying the premium for first rime you have to wait30 days plus 15 days for approval, your new job might not wait that long

140 is needed for 485 approval and a basic requirement..your 485 application will not be even touched until 140 is approved and will be adjudicated once approved ready for review on next steps medicals, BM etc.., this is where applications being delayed for both SRC and LIN centers...it is not even clear if every officer is capable of handling 485 request or there will be a separate team for 485's.... 140 is completely a diff form irrespective of 485 and PP will be approved, just like 140 separate apps

Those unused GCs are simply gets wasted because those unused not available for EB FY2022 quota.

Looks at q2 reports released by uscis and only 17k in q2 less than q1. I don't think they can meet regular 140k also..SO wastage is for sure 

Look at FB approved clearly bias only ..need to raise awareness otherwise they will be huge problem for us waiting for decades 

 

They can at ma process 95k out of 262k remaining 170k will go waste
