Nov 15 EB2 is not in either Filing or FAD so have to wait..when it comes to concurrent ante na recommendation is go for premium on downgrade get 140 approved by the time you file 485...140 approval is not required for EAD approval but dont use it until approved to avoid any status issues later on..

Was planning to relocate to a different state with same employer but will wait for 6more months.Need to see how things go.Also yet to get EAD/AP

Thinking as it is taking more time (based on charlies today's interview)  better downgrade atleast I will get EAD in 6 months if filed in July. Does EB3 140 needs to be approved for getting EAD also?
