This is from my fragomen lawyer

We would not recommend submitting the medicals until USCIS specifically requests them.  There is no way to be certain that if you were to submit medicals now, that USCIS would link them to your application.  They will either issue an RFE for medicals or indicate that you should bring them with you to the interview.

Nuvvu medicals interfile chesina neeku gc immediate gaa raadhu. Vaadu nee file eppudu touch chesthe appudu move avutundhi. When you interfile they simply add as a additional document but they dont mark it as medical receives

Premise: If a person got an approved 140 from previous employer A and moved to a new fte to employer B. If emp B's 140 process still takes another yr or two to complete. then...

Hypothetical Scenario: Is it advisable for employee to go back to employer A and file the 485 with them and IF he stays with them for 6 months after reciept...AND did not get a EAD card yet due to processing delays...In this case can employee leave employer A for another FTE job by filing a visa transfer? AC21 is needed in this context? Also does he get the EAD in this case?

No need of ead as long as you completed 180 days from fiking you are good ead ap will come at own pace bro

If yiu have good relationship with employer A and no downgrade is needed you need nit join immediately too later you can join

i thought you have to join the company in order to file 485?
