Retrogress will not happen till spring max summer 2022 , problem is uscis is working but not on downgrades yet 

But inka 2 months august September

Whatever numbers they can allocate in July numbers should have gone to Charlie

October November uscis will be busy with cutting checks and reciepts , you know how December and initial week of Jan in US

All we will be having is Feb March April (still therr will be recipet bio work for new applications) may start avhthe family will open by that time

My guess is now for EB2 we see 6 to 8 months fwd because of last quarter vertical spill from EB1  and horizontal spill in EB2

as ROW is C 

 

Above is for aug bulletin 

and next EB3 will move from 6 to 9 months fwd as still downfrders list is unknown for Dos and USCIS
