if  it is downgrade there is a risk for PP not accepted and sent back and you have to apply after 30 days

Just randomly searched 485 cases for about 10000 series from MSC. It is not practically possible to approve all of them in next 12 months based on the way it is going on. I wouldn't be too optimistic about this anymore. EAD vasthe chalu anukovadame. 

The series I searched MSC2190610000 - MSC2190750000

No, I think this is because the transparency @USCIS doesn't show the applicant's country of origin and PD.
