My Biometric were done But still havent received my I-140 Downgrade receipt number. Few weeks ago tried for Premium filing but got the package returned to Attorney. My application service center is Texas. Any one in the Same Boat.

1-month wait chesi .. re-file for premium .. nadhi i140 approval July-9 ochindi .,, luckily 1st time Premium ki upgrade chesthe aipoindi .. fyi, mine is also Texas service center
