@csrcsr Bro chinna question, na PD July 2015 old employer di. New employer PERM in processing. Old employer I 140 withdraw chesadanta. Ippudu old employer 140 + 485 file cheyocha na date current ithe or should he need to start PERM process from scratch. Please let me know.

You can bro if it's general revoke unless it is canceled by fraud etc

@nuksunny also kanuko he just withdrawn because yiu left not for any fraud, or ability to pay etc issues

aldo na perm with current employer is in progress but ee oct 2021 ki aye chance ledu bro so old employer 140+485 chesthanu ante move avvadam better ee na?? I am thinking 485 file chese chance malli raademo ani. Pls advise?

Same situation ..old employer withdrew i140 when I left..current company did not start perm yet. FAD current ayithe old employer can concurrently apply 140 and 485.. confirmed with my old employer..naaku problem ekkada ante he wants me to join him..adhe alochistunna. Technically he can do it without me joining him.. anduke konchem amount ekkuvaina echi chepiddam anukuntunna when things are current..then later join him..

Downgrade aithe oka pari alochinchu bro without joining it is possible but risk is high on 140
