Right I feel atleast they should reserve the visas and let uscis take their own time to process that way atleast ppl will be hopeful that they will get their gc in hand... I hate to throw waste food not sure how we can tolerate the visa wastage ..

Right bro but don't they take Fee ? Fir every service if we pay the fee we are sure we get the service except in this case of 485 adjudication. 

Adding to the fuel they have accepted the 2nd H1B lottery also that will hinder the delay further
