Is there a thing called as re-purposing existing/most-recent finger prints ?

Only if USCIS takes it.. they do not re-purpose fingerprints from other agencies such as DoS.. forget about this.. it even doesn't have capabilities to share records with its parent org DHS..

I got it without biometrics. It's empty in fingerprint section. Says no fingerprints.

i have been saying that it is possible only if USCIS took biometrics in recent history.. i am disputing the fact that EAD/AP is given without any biometrics.

You don’t need biometrics for EAD. So many people in LIN got EAD and AP without biometrics in December and January

That mean they already have their BM in the system. In some cases if your recent biometrics is less than year or two they don’t request again.

I am failing to understand this claim.. EAD/AP combo card has a section for fingerprints.. without that it will also be a national security issue.. how is this happening?

this is how card looks.. right bottom square is fingerprint section.. can any of you post a card without fingerprints? If they are giving, an example image should exist, right?

BM is a must. Lot of people carried away by the fact not getting BM request meaning no BG. That is not true.
