Technically asking bro. ROW kuda ek dum okesari current aindi kada. Chinese dates kuda bagane move ayyayi. Vacchina 270k applications lo 120k applications vallave unte migita 150k ne indians vi ani kada.

ROW pending demand entha undi? China is still behind and SO won’t go to them because it will first go to Most affected country’s category (EB3 in this case). No place for assumptions.

I’m sure USCIS may have their biometrics somehow. There is no reasonable explanation why would they issue EAD for some without Biometrics, right?

mana cases ki USCIS always takes code3 biometrics only.. reuse chesina vaalla taggara code3 biometrics ee vuntayi.. DHS typically takes code1.. but DHS and USCIS doesn't share information..

vadileyadamey bro.. prati okkadu claim cheyadamey kaani, prove cheyaru.. inko comedy entantey adey thread lo, the intellects claim fingerprints from airport were applied.. adi not possible. moreover, manam combo card gurinchi maatladutuntey vaallu EAD maatramey maatladataaru.. simple comment, if USCIS waives it, they clearly publish a statement such as this. They cannot even show such an alert but claims maatram baganey chestaaru.

ala annamakku babaih…may not be fingerprints but USCIS definitely has information from DS160 which is the property of Department of State which comes under DHS.

monna maa friend okkadu DS160 lo oka old job details pettaledu and I-140 lo aa job nunchi experience letter chipinchadu and USCIS asked kya re why didn’t you mention that job in DS160…this is not some telegram message and first hand info of my friend so it is 100% real

earlier chaala saarlu cheppanu choodu bro.. DHS and USCIS mana convenience taggara information share chesukoru.. vaalla convenience taggara chesukuntaaru.. also, DHS teesukuney fingerprints at airport are not qualified for USCIS usage.. fingerprints lo code levels vuntaayi.. you can probably Google and find information on it.. anyway, i am done arguing here.. vinandi vinakapondi.. too much effort for arguing with kakamma claims by others..

mundu ee online forums ni ban chesi dobbali.. evadiki vachindi vaadu claim chestunnadu.. simple ga USCIS website follow avutey anni telustaayi.. tenth, inter, eamcet ranks taggarey fake-na charitra manadi.. ippudu nijaalu cheptaru ani nammeyaali mari..

chill babaih…nenu fp share chesukuntaru anataledu but giving one data point that USCIS can access DHS data if needed.

coming to the fingerprints. USCIS vadu chala manndi status “fingerprints reused” ani undi and they send notices with that status. where do you think USCIS might have gotten those fingerprints from? timepass ki USCIS aa status pettadu kada. I’m not trying to argue but genuinely trying to understand your point.

This is what I have seen so far:

1) USCIS wants to do some basic background check for EAD which they can do from old fingerprints either from thier database (H4 EAD etc) or from other agency database. If they don’t have fp in thier database, they just give no fp note in EAD card but doesn’t mean that they didn’t do that basic bg check.

2) For AOS, background check is more comprehensive for which USCIS needs fresh set of fingerprints so they will send BM notice irrespective of whether they reused fp for I-765 or not. I have never seen one case where AOS was approved without fresh BM.
