2009 , 2010 aassuming officer did not even touched the file its lying there, here in this case at FO officer openedd the file and visa number is not available to adjudicate

I think so too. Depending on when it becomes current medical as well. Read somewhere that they can do bg and security right upto when we get citizenship

Depends on the POE officer. I personally know a friend whose H1 was cancelled when he tried to enter through AP. But also seen many who did it without any issue.So it all depends on the officer and luck.

dependent h4 and h4 ead ki pedda issue em undadu. h4 is mostly dependent on status of h1. as long as spouse is mainaining h1, they should be good with using h4ead or ead/ap or getting h4 extensions.
