Dates will retrogress after Oct 2022 if we don’t get Spill Over again. People only talking no retrogression for next year only but not more than that

why no dates retrogression after oct-21? remember spillover visas only apply starting from last quarter of fiscal year.

Remember DHS is moving dates but not USCIS. It’s USCIS’s headache if they adjudicate on Q4 or Q1 but DHS don’t go by USCIS. If they see available visa numbers they will move dates.

Bro, i dont think there is a rule/confirmation from DH$/U$C!S that they apply spillover only on last quarter except from one A!LA attorney tweet.  So lessons from this year, they may start using spillovers from early next fiscal year(hoping)!
